Shopping and Delivery

At CASS, we ensure swift delivery of our products within 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium. Place your order before 10:00 PM, and we'll ship it the next day.

We also ship to other EU countries, expect a delivery time between 2-5 business days.

All shippings will receive a track and trace code when the order is on the way.

Exact shipping costs are determined by transporter and calculated at check out.

Ordering and Payment

We kindly inform you that once your payment is validated, your order is immediately sent to our warehouse for preparation and quick shipment. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.

In the event that you have entered an incorrect address, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. While the carrier may not always be able to update the address, there are cases where you can use the option 'deliver to a pickup point,' allowing you to have your package delivered to a convenient pickup location. If the carrier cannot change the delivery address for you and the package cannot be forwarded to another address or pickup point, the package will unfortunately still be shipped to the address you initially provided. Please note that in such cases, CASS cannot be held responsible for reshipping the package.

Return and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period. We've made the return process seamless with our convenient return portal. The return costs are at your own expense. You can pay the return costs in our portal and you will receive your return label by mail.

Please note that the costs vary per country. Once our fulfillment center receives your return shipment, you will receive an email notification from the carrier. It typically takes 2-5 days for us to process the return shipment and initiate the refund. If it has been more than a week since your return shipment was received and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer service!

It is important to note that if the returned product is damaged, used, incomplete, or not in its original packaging, we may not be able to accept it.
